This sounds like an awesome Freebie! If you go here and sign up for your closest malls' email newsletter, you are supposed to receive a $10 Mall credit card on your birthday. You will receive an email that you can print out and take to your malls' customer service area in order to receive it. I did see the Champaign, Illinois Mall is participating.
