Nutritious and Delicious?

If I were to ask you what fruit you thought had the highest Vitamin C content what would be your first answer?  Maybe:  Oranges?  Nope, I'll give you a little hint:  look about one inch up.  Okay, actually the Kiwi fruit does not have the highest Vitamin C content of all fruit, but it far surpasses that of what is in oranges.  According to a study done by Rutgers University, the Kiwi fruit has more nutrients packed inside of it per ounce than any other fruit.  Wow, that's a pretty amazing honor, I think.  What's more, 1 medium Kiwi has about 2.5 grams of fiber.  That's a lot of fiber disguised in a little package.  In fact, that is how much fiber is in one slice of my family's favorite 100% whole wheat bread.

Have you ever had a Kiwi?  They are just plain delicious!  If they are fully ripe, they have a slightly sour, mildly sweet flavor.  The more ripe they are, the milder the flavor.

How to tell when a Kiwi is ripe:  Most of the time Kiwi fruits are not ripe when I buy them at the store.  A Kiwi fruit is ripe if you pick it up and it has a bit of give under light pressure.  If you find Kiwi fruits that are soft under light pressure, or their skin is wrinkled, they are probably over-ripe.  I have a problem with a lot of produce that I buy at the store:  it goes from rock-hard to mush over night.  I don't know if this is related to the way produce is picked under-ripe for transport to the store, but I do know that I rarely have this problem with Kiwi fruit.

How to peel a Kiwi:  I once read a great tip in a Martha Stewart Living magazine about the easiest way to peel a Kiwi fruit:  First you slice off both ends, then you take a metal spoon and slide it into the fruit right under the skin.  Then you turn the spoon, cutting away all the outside skin.  Your whole, peeled, Kiwi fruit should just slide right out of the skin for you to slice it up.  It should end up about like this:
Another reason why I love Kiwi fruits, is that they are on the EWG's list of the Clean 15!  If you would like to know what I am talking about, check out this post that I wrote.

Kinda seems like such an incredible super-food like the Kiwi fruit would be pretty expensive if it was packaged and sold in pill-form, huh?  Believe it or not, where I live, Kiwi fruits are one of the most affordable produce items available.  My local stores sell them for $0.25- $0.50 a piece-which I think is an incredible value when you take into account all the nutrition that is packed into each bite.

My favorite ways to eat a Kiwi are just simply peeled and sliced up or added to a fresh fruit salad along with pretty much any other fruit that I have on hand (fresh pineapple, banana, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, you get the idea).

Last Day of the County Market 48 Hour Sale

Today is the last day of the County Market 48 Hour sale that I told you about HERE.  Since I had to run by the post office, I decided to run in to grab some of the .49 bottles of Western dressing.  This is my hubby's favorite dressing so this is a stock-up price for me for sure.  There were no bottles of the dressing stocked where they are normally found, but there were still a bunch by some of the freezer stuff in the center aisle at the Mattoon County Market.  I was hoping the light Western dressing would be .99 too, but it isn't included in the sale.
If you want to get this deal:
Buy 1 (16 oz.) Western dressing .99
Use the .50/1 coupon from HERE (ff) or HERE (ie)
Final price:  only .49 ea.

Right now if you go HERE you can get a code for 7 Swag Bucks.  To find the code, check out the post: Have an Easy Fast.  Copy and then paste the code on the Swag Bucks home page in the box that says: Enter your Swag Code.  This code is valid until 9 pm. PDT.  If you would like to learn more about Swag Bucks, and why I love it so much, you can check it out HERE.

One More Addition to the Meijer Sale

I just wanted to let anyone know that might be considering doing the Meijer deal that at the Champaign, Illinois Meijer, I noticed that the Oscar Mayer Selects Nitrate Free Turkey dogs were included in the Buy $15 get $5 promotion.  These were priced at $1.25 at the Meijer I went to and there is a $1/1 any Oscar Mayer Selects coupon available HERE. (Click on the Special Offers tab in the bottom left-hand corner)  These would probably have to be some of the healthiest hot dogs that you can get at a chain like Meijer or Walmart.

A Few Great Kohl's Deals

If you are in the market to make a large purchase, you may be able to get an awesome price through Kohl's online right now.  If you use promo code:  SEPTEMBER30 you can get an additional 30% off of your order if you use your Kohl's charge.  A couple examples:
You can get this Dyson Vacuum cleaner(DC25) for $384 after the discount code:
Now, if you aren't familiar with Dyson Vacuums, many stores such as Sears, never sell this vacuum for cheaper than $549.  This vacuum ships for free but there is a $3.25 shipping surcharge because of the weight.  I have the older model of this vacuum(without the ball) that I purchased about 3 years ago.  The price may seem like a lot for a vacuum, but sometimes you save more money by purchasing a higher quality product that works better and lasts longer.  Another favorite product of mine that you can get a good deal on:
This Jack Lalanne Juicer:
You can get it for $83 after the 30% discount.  I have had this juicer for 6 years and it still works great!

UPDATE:  I did not realize when I wrote this that you also get $10 Kohl's cash for every $50 you spend in-store and online right now.  This makes the Kohl's deals even sweeter.  If you bought something the price of the vacuum above, not only would you get all the other discounts, but you would get $70 Kohl's cash to spend in-store from 9-23 to 10-3!  These awesome discounts are available until Wed. 9-22.

Okay so do you want an even better deal?  If you go HERE and sign up with Shop at Home you can get an additional 4% back after your purchase!  Plus you get $5 in your Shop at Home account just for signing up through this link!   If you aren't familiar with Shop at Home, it is a site that gives you cash back for doing your online shopping through them.  The reason why they can do this is because the retailers listed there pay Shop at Home for for bringing you to their site.  Shop at Home really is a great site, I have been using them for about a year and you get a check in the mail every time your cash back account reaches $20.  If you don't have $20 in your cash back account, then the money stays there until it does get that high.  So with the 4% back and $5 for joining Shop at Home, you can get the Dyson above for $364!  You could get the Juicer for $75 after the cash back from Shop at Home.  These deals will work for any purchases at Kohl's online.
Exactly how to do this:
  1. Go HERE and join Shop at Home.
  2. In the search box at the top of the Shop at Home site, type in Kohl's.
  3. Click on the appropriate site with the 4% cash back.
  4. Now click the shop now button below the picture.
  5. It will say it is re-directing you to Kohl's.
  6. Now you just shop at Kohl's online like any other time.
  7. When you go to checkout, on the page after you enter your address and everything you enter SEPTEMBER30 in the promo code box and hit apply.  And presto!  You get your 30% off.

Did You Write Your Kmart Reviews?

Did you write your 5 reviews to get a $5 Kmart gift card that I told you about HERE?  This promotion is going on until Oct. 12 or until they run out of gift cards.  I just got this in my email today:
Okay, sorry about how it's cut off but I had to do that to take off my e-gift card #.  It says that I can use it either online or in-store.  This is a great way to earn an easy $5!  It only took me about 15 minutes to write 5 reviews that were each about 60 words or so.  That's approx. the length of the previous 4 sentences.  How easy is that!?  You can go HERE to find out more about this promotion.

Meijer Trip: Saved $121.73, paid $20.57!

(You can click on the picture to enlarge if you would like)
Today we went up to Champaign, Illinois to have an early birthday dinner for my husband, and of course I had to drag my hubby and son over to Meijer so that I could pick up some of the great deals available right now.  I had a really good trip with 85.5% savings!  Everything that I purchased above would have been $142.32 without sales, coupons, and checkout coupons.  I spent a total of $20.57 for everything above(not counting about $4.00 in tax).  That means I saved $121.73 or 85.5%.  To do this, I did do 4 transactions( I did 2 transactions, took the stuff to my car and came in and did 2 more) in order to use up all the checkout coupons, because I do not live close enough to go back to Meijer before they expire.
Here's How I did this:
Transaction #1:

1 bag of Snikiddy natural cheese puffs 2.89
- 2.89 for free item printable coupon available a couple months ago

6 Green Giant Boxed Veggies .99 ea.
-(6) .50/1 printable coupons from HERE

6 boxes of Ziploc bags 1.86 ea.
-(3) 1.50/2 printable coupons
-(3) 1.50/2 Meijer Mealbox coupons

Subtotal:  $5.10 and I got back:  (2) $2 oyno coupons for Green Giant and (2) $2 oyno coupons for Ziploc

Transaction #3:

6 boxes of Ziploc bags 1.86 ea.
-(3) 1.50/2 printable coupons

1 bag of Snikiddy natural cheese puffs 2.89
- 2.89 for free item printable coupon available a couple months ago

4 boxes of Barilla whole grain pasta .99 ea.

2 Nivea Lip balms .99 ea.
- $2/2 coupon from HERE (took off $1.98 total)

2 Kellogg's Frosted Mini Wheats 3.85 each
-(2) Free item coupons from emailing company (something was going on with these coupons and I think the cashier might have taken a little extra off, but it is hard to decipher this receipt)

4 bottles of Juicy Juice 2.00 ea.
- $3.00 for Meijer promotion for buying 2 Kellogg's cereals and 2 Juicy Juice
- $2/4 coupon from HERE
-$2/4 Meijer Mealbox coupon

1 package of Apple and Eve Fruitables 2.88
- $1/1 coupon received by emailing company

4.55 lbs. of Organic Bananas @ .59/lb. = 2.68 total

1 bag of Dole Salad .99

2 large boxes of Nesquick 2.74 ea.
-(2) $1.25/1 coupons from HERE
-$1/2 Meijer Mealbox coupon

2 Tubs of Maxwell house Coffee 6.99 ea.
-$1/2 coupon from HERE

Subtotal:  $28.06 I used:  (2) $2 oyno coupons from Ziploc in Trans #1, $5 oyno coupon from cheese in Trans #2, (2) $2 oyno coupons from Ziploc in Trans #2, (2) $2 oyno coupons from Ziploc in Trans #3.
All totaled, I used $17 in oyno coupons on this transaction and I ended up paying: $11.06

If we hadn't desperately needed the $7.49 face wash from Trans #4 I would have only paid $13.08 for everything in the picture above!

*oyno stands for On Your Next Order
* no, I did not clear out the shelves of Ziploc although there were already quite a few gone.
The Meijer Mealbox coupons that I used to make these a money maker with the checkout coupons, expired the day of this transaction 9-17 but if you have access to multiple computers to print off more of the $1.50/2 coupons from HERE, you can still get the Ziplocs for .47 ea. if you buy 6.  If your store has the Ziplocs that are on rollback for $1.50 each (the 50 ct. sandwich bags or 50 ct. snack bags) then they will only be .08 per box.
Here's How this works:
Buy 6 Boxes of Ziploc Bags @ 1.50 ea. = $9.00
Use (3) $1.50/2 printable coupons from HERE
Pay:  $4.50 and get back (2) $2 oyno coupons
Net Price after Checkout coupons= .50 for 6 boxes or .08 ea.!

If you have any questions about how all this works, please leave a comment and I will answer as best as I can.

Awesome Deal on Simple Shoes!

Right now you can see an awesome deal on Simple Shoes at 6pm.com HERE.  I bought two pairs of shoes from Simple Shoes awhile back and I love them!  They make a lot of shoes from recycled products, organic cotton ect.  and the prices on 6pm right now are really good.   The prices may seem really inflated but the retail prices listed are really what Simple Shoes sells them for on their site.  Shipping is a flat $6.95.  I have bought from 6pm.com before and I was really happy with their service.  These shoes are only $10.70 down from $55.00:

Check out some of the stats about these shoes:
  • Sustainable hemp uppers.
  • Certified organic cotton knit lining.
  • Comfortable Ortholite footbed made of recycled car tire.
  • Vulcanized rubber sidewall and heelcap.
  • Outsole made of recycled car tire that's been buffered for re-use.
  • 100% post consumer paper pulp foot forms.
  • Packaged in a state-of-the-art/back-to-the-future post-consumer recycled box.
* Please Note:  I am not trying to sell you these products that I post on here, I just want you to know about some great deals that are available.

Want To Go Organic?

I really wish that I could feed my family organic food all of the time.  However, even if I had tons of extra money to cover the costs of choosing all organic, I think that my family would starve if I only bought organic.  Where I live, there are very little organic options to choose from.  Even in a bigger city, chances are, that there are fewer organic options than conventional.
So what can we do to lower our exposure to pesticides from fruits and vegetables without having to always buy organic?

Well, thankfully an organization called the Environmental Working Group does our homework for us and publishes a "dirty dozen" list of the 12 most pesticide-laden fruits and veggies.  Now we can know which fruits and vegetables that we should either try to avoid or buy organic whenever possible.  You can watch a clip HERE from Good Morning America about the "dirty dozen".   Here is a PDF you can check out about it( the fruits and veggies are slightly different from those on the video because the EWG re-tests and revises their lists).
Watching the video upset me a little bit because as you can see HERE, I just bought peaches and nectarines to feed my little boy.  Babies and young children are the most vulnerable to the effects of pesticides.  I knew that strawberries were on the "dirty dozen" list and I would always try to avoid buying them from the store because of it(luckily, my dad has an organic strawberry patch at his house).  And yet, here I have been unknowingly giving my son two fruits that are even worse for pesticide contamination, thinking that I am doing the right thing for him.  Unfortunately, no amount of washing or peeling can remove all the pesticides inside these fruits and veggies.  Luckily, we can become educated consumers and avoid the foods on the "dirty dozen" list if we can't choose organic.  What's more, the EWG also releases a "clean 15" list that lists the 15 fruits and veggies least contaminated with pesticides, as you can see above. This info is also contained on this PDF put together by the EWG as a little shoppers guide that you can take with you when you go to the grocery store.  By educating ourselves, we can make better choices for our family, by trying to stick to foods on the "clean 15" list and trying to avoid the "dirty dozen" if we either don't have the option of choosing organic, or simply can't afford to choose organic.
What else can we do to help protect ourselves and our family from pesticide exposure?
  • Thoroughly wash you fruits and veggies before eating them.  Although this does not remove all the pesticides, it will help remove the ones right on the surface of the plant.  On the video clip, it said that a mixture of vinegar and water is effective.  In this article the EWG suggests scrubbing produce well.  I think I am going to make up a vinegar/water solution and keep it in a spray bottle in my kitchen and use it along with scrubbing.
  • Try growing your own organic fruits and veggies.  Even if you don't have access to a plot of earth, maybe you could try planting a container garden.  Maybe someone you know would like to work with you on a garden- if they have land to grow on, you could plant and tend to the produce and share the bounty.  I only have room for a small organic garden at my house, but my dad has tons of room and this year we had a huge garden at his house.  Not only are the fruits and veggies from it beneficial for my family, but gardening as a family can be a fun activity, and my son is learning tons of new stuff in the process.
  • I'd love to know about any ideas that you may have, please share them in the comments!

If You Signed up For the Previous Pringles Facebook Offer...

You may want to check out this post on My Frugal Adventures.  It is believed that the Facebook offer to get a free can of Pringles that I posted the other day, was probably a fake.  I am really sorry about this if you signed up for this offer.  You can check out HERE how to remove this from your Facebook account.  I think I am going to do what Charlene suggests and create another account to use only for signing up for all the Facebook offers.

Great Programs to Join- Disney Movie Rewards

If you like Disney Movies, then you might want to sign up for Disney Movie Rewards.  I am so excited right now because I just redeemed all the points in my Disney Movie Rewards account for the scooter pictured above.  I got it for free with free shipping from Disney Movie Rewards because I have entered codes from 5 or 6 disney movies and entered all the free codes that Disney Movie Rewards periodically releases.  You can find Disney Movie Reward codes on a piece of paper inside newer Disney movies.  You may even already have some inside Disney movies you already own.

You can also get Disney movie rewards when you see a Disney movie in the theater.  All you have to do is take a picture of your ticket stubs and upload it to your account.  Sometimes free codes are released by Disney Movie Rewards as well, if I learn of any in the future, I will post them here.

I have been saving up my reward points for about 10 months to get the above scooter.  Disney also offers it's rewards members several other offers.  Through Disney Movie rewards, you can often get high value coupons for new Disney movies that are released.  Plus they now offer a free Blue-Ray movie on your yearly anniversary (of joining the club)if you have entered codes from at least 2 disney movies in the previous year.  You can go here to learn more about Disney Movie Rewards.

Great Clearance Deals at the Mall Right Now

Today, my son and I went to the mall to walk around for a bit and we found some great clearance sales going on right now.  We only went to JC Penney and Elder Beerman (Bon-Ton Department Store), but I am sure that there are great deals to be had at almost all the stores right now.  Now is the time to get clothing for your children for next summer.  First I found this awesome deal on these BBQ sets:
You probably can't see it that great but these kits contain Stainless Steel Spatula, tongs, and fork, as well as an apron and mitt.  I got these for 80% at Elder Beerman for only $2 for each set!  Between my husband and me, we have seven brothers, so I think a couple of them may be getting these for Christmas.  And no, I didn't buy all that there were, but they were going pretty fast.  I also found this adorable little Carter's newborn outfit at Elder Beerman for 80% off:
It was only $2.40 after the extra 80% off.
At JCPenney, there were a lot of great deals also.  I found this Nike shirt below for only $3.97 then JC Penney also has an extra 15% off today(extra 20% off if you use your JC Penney card).  So it ended up only being $3.37
Here are some more deals I found:
I got the yellow osh kosh shorts for my son for next year at Elder Beerman for $3.00
The brown and tan shorts in the picture are Calvin Klein that I got for myself at Elder Beerman for only $5.00 per pair ( I was doing a happy dance)
I got the white shirt for myself for 80% off at Elder Beerman as well.

Online Walmart Clearance Deals

I just got an email from Walmart that they have a lot of clearance prices on stuff online.  The toddler bed that is pictured above is on clearance for $85, and it has pretty good ratings.  You can go HERE to view details about this bed.  If you select the site to store option, it will ship free, then you just pick it up at your local store.  I don't know what the quality of this bed is- you might want to read the reviews, but it seems like a pretty good deal.

Incredible Deal on Kraft Cheese Starting Tomorrow at Meijer!

I just opened up my newspaper and saw that Meijer is having a 2-day sale this Friday and Saturday 9-17 to 9-18.  With the sale prices and checkout coupon you can get Kraft cheese for only .17 per 8oz.!  You can also get the Kraft Singles for only .17 per package too!
Here is how this deal works:

  • Buy 10 packages of either 5-8 oz. Kraft Cheese in the chunk form or Kraft singles 10.7-12 oz. package on sale for 3/$5  You can buy these in any combination-as long as you buy 10
  • Pay $6.70 and get back a Meijer coupon for $5 off you next order for buying $15 of Participating Kraft products.
  • Net price after checkout coupon for 10 packages of cheese:  only $1.70 or .17 per package!

This is an incredible deal if you use much cheese, and even if you don't you can shred the bars of cheese and freeze it!  Check out the expiration dates on the cheese, I bought a lot a couple weeks ago and it was good until Jan. of 2011.

*Even if you can't make it to Meijer, but have the ad, you can ad-match this price at Walmart.  You won't get the $5 off checkout coupon, but you can still get packages of the chunk or singles products for .67 each which is still a great price!

*Please note if buying this cheese at Meijer:  To get the $5 off Checkout coupon, you have to purchase either the 8 oz. chunks, or Kraft singles.  If you purchase the 8 oz bags of shredded cheese the $5 off checkout coupon will not print.  Details about this offer, including other participating items is available right on the front of this 2-day sale ad.

Please note:  There has been some talk that some Meijer's are scared of redeeming this coupon because of it's high value and they are afraid it is fraudulent.  However, this coupon is totally legitimate.  It is directly from the Kraft website.  I used several of these coupons 2 weeks ago at the Champaign, Illinois Meijer with out any problem.

I will post the rest of the deals for the Meijer 2-day sale later on today, I need to spend some time with my little boy!

Reminder: Snapfish $10 off Ends Today!

Today is the last day that you can get $10 off any Snapfish Purchase.  You can get a planner like mine pictured above shipped for only $2.99!  This might make a nice, yet inexpensive personalized Christmas gift for someone you know.  You can go HERE to find out more about how to get this deal including the promo code to use to get $10 off.

Hot Groupon On Children's Toys!

Today Groupon has a hot deal on some nice children's toys and games.  You can get a $50 gift certicificate to Brighter Beginnings Toys online for only $20!  Shipping on this site is not free unless you spend $75 or more, but this should still make for some great deals on quality toys.  Brighter Beginnings sells lots of Melissa and Doug toys which I love, love, love for my son.  There are toys available for all ages including lots of educational toys and puzzels.  This groupon is only available to purchase today, but you have until March 17, 2011 to use it.  You can only buy one for yourself and one as a gift.  This would make a great Christmas present!   You could either use the groupon gift certificate and pick out the presents, or you could give the $50 gift certificate as a great gift for only $20!  I don't think the recipient would know how much you paid for the $50 gift certificate and the child could pick out their own toys.  Since it does not expire until March, this could be a good option!  You can check out the Brighter Beginnings site here and see what is available.  To purchase this groupon, go HERE.  If this deal does not automatically come up, click on View More Cities at the top of the page and click on North Jersey.  Because this groupon is entirely online, you do not have to live there to buy it.

UPDATE:  I tested out how much the shipping was and it was not bad at all.  I added 2 large board games to my cart for a total of $40 and shipping to my address was only $5.95.

Hurry! Hot Printable Coupon!

Right now at Redplum you can print off a coupon for $1.50 off 1 Smucker's Jam, Jelly, Preserves or Fruit Spread!  This is an awesome coupon that should make for free products!  Plus the coupon does not expire until 1/31/2011.  Go HERE to print this coupon.  You can print two copies per computer.

If you have the County Market coupon booklet I told you about HERE, you can get Free Grape Jelly right now!
*My Walmart will let you ad-match these coupon booklet prices.

Thanks Couponing to Disney!

Upcoming Menards Sale: 9-17 to 9-19

It looks like Menards has a great sale starting tomorrow, the 17th.  There are lots of great deals to be had with Menards rebates.
  • Interior Flat Paint is free after rebate
  • 3lb. bag yellow onions for $1 (I had no idea Menards sold onions lol)
  • 32" LCD HDTV for $269 after $50 rebate
  • Set of High Efficiency Whirlpool Washer and Dryer for only $998 after $400 rebate.
  • 24" Ceiling fan for only $9.99 after $50 rebate
I couldn't find this ad available on the Menards site yet, but it should be in the newspaper tomorrow.
How do Menards Rebates Work?
  • When you purchase something that has a mail-in-rebate at Menards, you should receive a rebate receipt at the checkout.  The cashier will be able to help you.  You pick up your rebate form at the customer service desk as you go out.  Usually, if you purchase multiple items that have rebates, you can send them all together in the same envelope for redemption.  Check your rebate and receipt to make sure.  The dates by which you must mail your rebate will also be stated on the rebate form.
  • If you are purchasing an item that is free after rebate, you must purchase it along with $10 in non-rebated merchandise.
  • Menards rebates come to you as a post card that you can then redeem for more merchandise at Menards- you can not cash these rebates in for money.
  • I do not believe that these merchandise rebates expire, but you may want to ask at your store just to be certain.

My Coke Rewards

*I really hesitated in posting this because I am afraid I sound like I am trying to sell Coke products.  Please know that I do not suggest that you drink soda, I just want you to know how you can maximize your purchases if you do.  I am in no way affiliated with Coke or My Coke Rewards.

If you buy Coke products or know someone who does, you might want to consider joining My Coke Rewards.  We normally do not have soda in our house at all, but my husband regularly drinks soda while he is at work.  Since I can not manage to break him from this habit, and he would probably just spend more money buying soda from a convenience store, I try to stock up on soda when it is a good price so he can take it to work.  If I have the choice of purchasing Coke or Pepsi products for the same price, I always buy Coke because all Coke products have codes on them that you can redeem for prizes at My Coke Rewards(I guess Coke has a good marketing scheme going there huh?).  Even if you do not purchase Coke Products but someone else that you know well does, maybe they will not mind saving their reward codes for you if they are not planning to use them.  My dad gives me all his Coke reward codes, because he really doesn't want to mess with entering them.  I usually redeem my Coke rewards for free 20 oz. product coupons for 30 points each.
  • Coke products include:  Fanta, Pibb, Barq's, Sprite, Mello Yellow, Dasani, Powerade, and of course all regular Coke products.
  • (3) 12 packs gives you enough points for a free 20 oz. coupon and (10) bottles with codes give you enough for a free 20 oz coupon.
  • I don't enter codes every time I get them, because that would take up too much time.  Instead, I have a designated drawer that they all go into, then when I have time, I enter them all at once.
  • Tip:  It does not matter if you enter codes in upper or lowercase, and all 0's are zeros, not the letter O.
  • I always keep my free 20 oz. coupons in my purse, they come in handy to help you get other items for free at CVS (like I did here), and they help me cut down on costs for my grocery budget, because then my husband can take them to work, and I don't have to buy as much soda.

Movie Coupons

Right now there are several good movie coupons available.

At coupons.com you can find $2.00 off coupons for Mac and Me or Little Monsters on DVD.

redplum.com has a coupon to save $5.00 on the DVD or Blue Ray of Letter to Juliet

Through Disney Movie Rewards you can print off a coupon to save $10.00 off the Blue Ray combo pack of Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue.  It says this coupon expires on 10-03-2010.  Heads Up:  This Blue Ray combo pack will be on sale in Target's ad next week for $22.99, so only $12.99 after coupon.

To get this coupon:  Go HERE and either sign in with Disney Movie Rewards or create an account.  I saw this offer after I signed in if you scroll down and look on the right hand side of the page.

You can also print off a coupon to save $10.00 off the Combo pack of Beauty and the Beast.  For this one though, you have to have a previous copy of the movie on either VHS or DVD.  To get this coupon:  go to Disney Movie Rewards sign in and enter the UPC # from your previous copy in the Enter Magic Code box.  After you do that, it should automatically pop up with link saying Click Here to get you $10 coupon.

Ok, Just one more Disney Movie Rewards Coupon!  You can also sign into Disney Movie Rewards, and click HERE and you should find a coupon good for $8.00 off the Blue Ray Combo Pack of Prince of Persia:  The Sands of Time.

*You may be able to combine these coupons with the Toys R Us coupon I posted previously to get a better deal.

If you really feel up for trying out a very complicated set of transactions(or at least they seem that way to me) you can go HERE and read this post along with the comments.  Supposedly, if you follow the directions in the comments you can basically get Toy Story 3, Tinkerbell, and Beauty and the Beast for very cheap.  Honestly though, I don't shop at Toys R Us much so I can't quite "wrap my head around this deal" like one of the commenters on this post.  Maybe someone familiar with Toys R Us could understand this better though.

Toys R Us Coupon $5 off a $25 Purchase

Right now there is a Toys R Us coupon available to save $5 off a $25 purchase.  It does not expire until 9-26.  You can go HERE to view and print this off.  There are just a few exclusions listed at the bottom of it that you may want to note.  This could make for a decent deal on some things, especially if they are on sale for B1G1 free, like Toys R Us often does.  It's not too early to start on Holiday shopping!

Great Programs to Join- CVS Advisor Panel

If you shop at CVS, you may want to sign up for CVS's Advisor Panel.  I have been a part of this for about a year now.  The CVS Advisor Panel is a program where CVS sends you a couple surveys per year.  If you qualify to take the survey, they typically take about 5-10 minutes and you are able to print out free ECB's in exchange for your opinion about new products, packaging, ect. that they are considering using.  They do not send out very many surveys- I think that I have done 3-4 in the last year, but they are pretty generous with the Extra Care Bucks.  I did one a couple months ago that took maybe 7 minutes and I was able to print off $10 in ECBs.  To apply for this program go HERE.

Want to find out about more Great Programs to Join?  I do not suggest anything that I have never tried out myself.  You can check out all the other programs I love:  HERE, HERE, and HERE
