Clearance Deals At Mattoon Walmart

When I was at the Mattoon, IL Walmart yesterday, I noticed a few great clearance deals in the food section:

• LOTS of baby food on clearance for .25 per jar for the little jars and .30 per jar for the larger jars.
• A couple different types of Hamburger helper on clearance for .50 each, Use the .75/3 Printable Coupons to get these for only .25 per box
• The Muir Glen Organic Tomato paste was on clearance for only .50 per can, I bought 2 and used (2) .75/1 Printable Coupons to get .50 overage.  (I am sad that they are not going to be carrying this anymore- it is my favorite tomato paste :( )
• I also still saw a couple different varieties of the celestial seasonings tea on clearance for $1.12 per box.

If you are heading to this Walmart you may want to keep a look-out for these great deals- the Mattoon Walmart has their clearance food in the canned vegetable aisle.

More Walmart Deals

When I was at Walmart (Central Illinois location) earlier today I noted some more good deals:

• Great Day Naturals Eggs are $1.72.  Use the $1/1 Printable Coupon to get them for .72 each
• Similac Ready to feed formula is only $3.84 each (marked down from $6.24) Use the $3/1 Printable coupon to get them for only .84 each!  (not everyone may be able to print this coupon)
• Tic Tacs were .94 each use the .75/1 coupon from the 10-3 S.S. to get them for only .19 each
• My store is carrying the Earthbound Farm Organic Carrots again in the 1 lb. bag for only .88 each!  I am so happy because you can get $2/2 coupons from Recycle Bank or there is a .75/1 Printable coupon as well.
• Muir Glen tomatoes were on Roll-back for only $1.22 per can.  Use the .75/1 Printable Coupon or the $1/1 Printable Coupon (sign up for the connoisseur's club) for a great deal!
• Ro-tel tomatoes are on roll-back for only .88 each.  Use the $1/3 Printable coupon to get them for .55 per can.
• Reach dental Floss is only .97 each.  Use the $1/1 Printable Coupon to get it free!

Walmart Deals

Today when I was at Walmart I saw that the Bic Mark-It 8 pack markers were $4.24.  Use the $2/1 Printable Coupon HERE to get them for $2.24.

I saw that the new Hidden Valley Ranch Salad kits were $2.50 each at my store.  Use the $1/1 Printable Coupon HERE, to get them for $1.50 each.  (These do not contain any lettuce, still seems like too much to pay for just a little dressing and croutons.)

Driscoll's 6 oz. packages of Raspberries were on roll-back for only $1.38 per package.

All Pepperidge Farm Goldfish were on roll-back for only $1 per package, including the Goldfish Grahams.

I found lots of Great Value brand 6 packs of milk chocolate bars (like Hershey bars) on clearance for only $1 per package.  (My store had about 100 packages still.)

Lots of good roll-back prices in the produce area:  Grapes were only $1 per pound, Asian pears were .68 each, other pear varieties were .68-.78/lb.

Polaner Jam was $1.98.  Use the $1/1 Printable Coupon HERE (for the fiber variety) to get it for .98 each.

Bestlife Buttery Spread is priced at $1.50 each.  Use the $1/1 Printable Coupon HERE to get these for only .50 each.  (I don't know how this tastes, but they don't have trans fat in them!)  Right now, you can get this for free at Kroger with the coupon, or you could ad-match this price at Walmart if you have the Kroger ad.

Jamba Frozen Smoothies are only $2.28 each.  Use the $1/1 Printable Coupon to get these for only $1.28 each.

Today I stopped by Walmart to stock up on meat and some and produce.  For everything I got in the picture I spent $44.18.  If I had not used any coupons or ad-matching it would have cost $85.64 so I saved a total of 48.4%.  Here is what I bought:

I also went to CVS today to get more Reach Flossers but they were out so I picked up a bottle of the Dawn Hand Renewal on sale for .97 and I used the $1/1 coupon from the Home made simple booklet =free.  I also took in my own bag and got a green bag tag scan, so it is almost like it was a .25 money maker.

Today at Walmart I spent $20.83 for all of this plus a gallon of milk that is not in the picture.  All totaled, without any ad-matching or coupons it would have cost approx. $59.84, so I saved a total of 65.2%.  Here is what I bought:

A Couple Clearance Deals I Found at Walmart

I found a couple good clearance deals at my local Walmart (Mattoon, IL) in the Lawn and Garden department today.  I found herbs on clearance for .25 each, and they really didn't look that bad for walmart at this time of year:

There were still at least a dozen or so each of Thyme, Sage, Dill, and Basil.  These would be great if you want to grow some herbs indoors over the winter, or they might still come back next year if you planted them outside (except for the basil).  Now I just have to keep my goofy cat from eating all the Dill!
My favorite Clearance find was these Jiffy Professional Greenhouses on Clearance for only $0.50!

These were on a lower shelf in the lawn and garden area.  I bought two of these for next year, and there were still a couple boxes full of these.  Of course, they didn't ring up correctly- they rang up at $6.00 each!  Thankfully, I didn't have a problem having the cashier change the price, because they had a paper tag taped to the boxes clearly saying Jiffy Professional Greenhouse: .50.  Earlier this year, I had to buy a small 20 ct. bag of just the jiffy starter disks and I think it cost about $4.  

Online Walmart Clearance Deals

I just got an email from Walmart that they have a lot of clearance prices on stuff online.  The toddler bed that is pictured above is on clearance for $85, and it has pretty good ratings.  You can go HERE to view details about this bed.  If you select the site to store option, it will ship free, then you just pick it up at your local store.  I don't know what the quality of this bed is- you might want to read the reviews, but it seems like a pretty good deal.
