Free Neutrogena At CVS

Although it was not listed in the weekly ad, some people are finding shelf tags advertising Neutrogena Triple Moisture Split  End Mender 3 oz. as being $7.49 with a $7.49 ECB back, which makes it free!  I am not sure if this deal is available at all CVS's or not, but you may want to be on the look-out for shelf tags advertising this at your store.  This deal has a limit of 1 per card.
