This rebate has been available for some time, but usually they only offer a $30 coupon booklet when you buy $25 worth of Conagra Products. Right now though, the rebate includes a $5 Walmart Gift Card as well! I did this before and the $25 amount that you are required to spend is before coupons (at least that how it worked for me).
Go here to get your rebate form. Your purchases can be made on more than one receipt and it is valid for purchases made between 10-12-10 and 1-02-11.
